By submitting any content (e.g. comments, doubts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and publish such material for educational and promotional purposes.

9. Refund Policy

All digital products and services (courses, tests, etc.) are non-refundable. In the case of accidental purchases, we allow batch exchanges within 7 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mentor At Home is not liable for user performance, exam results, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Spam and Malicious Activity

Sending spam, phishing content, or malicious code via this platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and legal consequences.

12. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, spam activity, or unethical behavior during assessments.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

16. Refund Disclaimer for Physical Goods

If you purchase physical products (e.g. printed books or course kits), refunds will only be processed if the item is damaged or not delivered due to our error. No refund will be issued for incorrect address submissions or unclaimed deliveries.

By participating in live classes, doubt sessions, or mentor interactions, you explicitly consent to the session being recorded for internal training, quality assurance, and student benefit. These recordings may be reused within our platform.

We strive for uninterrupted access during live classes. However, we are not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or server downtimes beyond our control. In such cases, recordings will be made available where possible.

19. Free Trials and Scholarships

Free trials and scholarships are offered at the sole discretion of Mentor At Home. We reserve the right to approve, reject, revoke, or limit access at any point without assigning reasons. Misuse or duplicate access may lead to termination.
