📦 Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Mentor At Home, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences. All purchases made on our platform, including digital and physical products, are final and non-refundable as per company policy.
Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds for Digital Content
All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to Live Classes, Video Courses, Test Series, Ebooks, and Notes, are non-refundable. If a user mistakenly purchases the wrong digital product, they may request a transfer to another product of equal value within 7 days of purchase. No monetary refunds will be issued.
2. Physical Goods
If a physical book is received in a damaged condition or lost in transit by the courier, a replacement will be issued. No refund or replacement is allowed for incorrect addresses or if delivery is refused by the customer. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. Wrong Purchase Policy
If a user purchases the wrong course or package, they can request a change to another of the same amount within 10 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued, only adjustments or replacements are offered.
4. Cancellation of Subscription Services
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be issued for any remaining period of the subscription. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
