According to the data released by the state board this year more than 58 lakh students appeared for the UP Board High School and Intermediate Board exams, and are now waiting for their Results. This year, a total of 31,16, 487 candidates appeared for the matric exams, and a total of 27,69,258 students appeared for the class 12 exams.

This year 58,85,745 candidates registered for the High School and Intermediate school exams, out of which 31,16,487 students are of Class 10 and 27,69,258 are Class 12 students. Students who secure a minimum score of 33 per cent will be declared as passed.
